How our review process works

Every listing is reviewed before it appears on Roomoo.
We want listings to be clear, accurate and useful, so we check the information and presentation before publishing.

• Listing review — We review the room details, rent, deposit, availability, what’s included and the information provided by the landlord or agent.
• Photography review — We check submitted photographs for quality, relevance and whether they clearly represent the room and shared spaces. Where available, Roomoo can also provide professional photography and video tours.
• Before publishing — If something is unclear or missing, we may ask for additional information, photographs or changes before the listing goes live.
